Bel 505 Case Former

The BEL 505 folds the bottom flaps of RSC case blanks opened and presented down into it by an operator and then firmly holds the case ready for packing. As the filled [or empty] case is pushed out of the 505 into an adjacent case sealer, the 505 resets itself automatically, ready to receive the next case blank. The BEL 505 improves productivity by eliminating the extra labor needed to set-up cases for loading. It also improves safety and reduces costly repetitive strain Injury.

Bel 507

The BEL 507 mounts a BEL 505 packing station in an outer frame that allows it to tilt towards the operator for erecting and filling taller cases. It folds the bottom flaps of RSC case blanks opened and presented down into it by an operator, firmly holds the case for packing and then tilts back up at the push of a button for transferring the case into an adjacent sealer. As the case exits the 507, it tilts down and resets itself automatically, ready to receive the next case blank.
