1. What information does Allchin Brothers gather about me?

Allchin Brothers gathers two types of information from you: information you submit to us during registration (voluntary), and information our site gathers automatically during the use of any functionality on the site.

Information You Submit

Allchin Brothers objective is to create an opportunity for our site users to search for supplies and products, place orders on-line (registered users only), and to read the articles in our site for educational purposes. Only registered users can purchase and pay for products from our web site. However, non-registered users can only browse our site to locate products available for purchase from Allchin Brothers.

Our registration form uses required and optional fields. The required fields ask for certain information necessary to process your orders (such as company name and address, contact, and payment information). During registration, you also must select a User name and a Password and to enter an email address.

The optional fields when completed during registration allow Allchin Brothers to serve you better thereby making sure that your needs and preferences are met. If you email us for any reason or chose to receive responses from us via email, any information in your email will be used to respond.

For example, when you place an order through our site, we pass the order information along to our suppliers, who may pass some of it to along to the carrier that will be delivering your order. Only the data needed to fulfill and ship your order is released.

If you are ordering as part of a buying group or pay from account, we may share your information with others inside your company, such as personnel responsible for remitting payment, monitoring purchases, or receiving the order when it is delivered.

Allchin Brothers never willfully discloses any individually identifiable information about its users to third parties without a user's specific permission to do so. We will not sell user's names or email addresses to other companies to use to send unsolicited ads or junk mail. Can I correct or update personal information?

You have the option of correcting, updating, and modifying your individually identifiable registration information (known as user profile) at any time and as often as you need to. The only item you can not change is the Username you select when you register.
